You're very welcome. I have two questions about him too.
1. Aren't his feet ankle tied up with rope? I asked this question because I have seen somethings look like the rope around his ankles.
2. Is he enjoying from this moments? or somebody put him in this situation by force?

They are simply tied down on either side of his ankle to the outside; his feet are blocking it. (Actually I was just too lazy to draw an anchor)

You drew the tickler objects transparent in this drawing, it's a great style because we can see his feet soles and also other ticklish parts of his body completely which makes this drawing cuter.
You have a wonderful creativity by creating this style, congratulation.
I have seen that you used from this style in some of your other artworks which it's so good.
