I'm a gamer and one of my favorite games is the Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge.

And I drew a fanart of Yuri himself.

In the game, Yuri is a dictator and traitor of the Soviet Russia. He has the ability to control everyone's minds with his Psychic Inhibitor on his head. He is also the one behind the plot of conflict between the Allies and the Soviet, using Russian Premiere Romanov, as his puppet for his plans on conflict of the two factions. And later became a dictator and traitor, gaining full control of Romanov and the whole Soviet faction as he planned for.
