Yea it is kinda pricey

I'm not sure if it has all the functions as toonboom but it looks similar! (and it's free!)

haha,just downloaded it this morning.
it has all the functions I need, except exporting movie is not working on windows version. anyway, will find other tools to deal with the image sequences later.

maybe I could show you some stuff when I get a little bit done later?

Do you just power through the whole thing or break it up into the extremes and work inbetween to the smaller keyframes?

I usually fix the timing and test it as I go along
