Funny coincidence. I would give the advantage to Predator, but would be a brutal fight.Β Terminator will do something that makes all artificial intelligences with a mechanical container: Underestimating his opponent. Terminator will consider The Predator as a human more and his metal head will roll over the floor. But Terminator have so much chances to win, it's aΒ very close battle.

The Terminator.Β As tough as Predators are, the Terminator can easily take a number of the Predators' weapons on and still come out on top.

Additionally, Predators can be killed ("If it bleeds, we can kill it") and even they can feel fatigue.Β Terminators, on the other hand, never rest, don't have the Predator's code of honor, and generally kill organic life anyway.

They already did this... Alien vs Predator vs The Terminator.
They actually did have a Predator vs T-800 fight. It wasn't even really so much as a fight, considering that the Predator got the drop on the T-800 and severed his head with his smart disc and then blew the T-800 apart with the plasma caster.

Okay, now THIS one is gonna be tough. Β On the one hand, Arnold beat him in the first movie, but that was when he was human, so now human reflexes and intuition are replaced with robot strength and determination, but odds are he won't realize the bit about him not attacking the unarmed, but since he has robot strength, he may make do with just his hands. Β I'm also not sure on whether he'd appear on heat signatures or not, but probably. Β Either way, since they both have a bomb inside them, it could end in a draw...I say draw.
