After a stunt as a gladiator in Dr. Lisa Sky-rider’s Flying City ruled and populated by her Superanthro birds. Drako Mallero life took an unexpected turn which led him to the events caused him to join in P.R.O.T.E.C.H (Professional Response Operation Tactical Extreme Counterstrike Headquarters) as Mighty Drake. It was until he challenged the dreaded Dark Klaw to battle but during the fight he was mortally wounded and would have been dead if it weren’t for Grizzly. Not will to lose a good friend and loyal comrade Safeheart and Hardrive had done every thing to keep Mighty Drake alive.

When hope seemed lost Hardrive felt there’s only one way to save Mighty Drake he and Safeheart had to replace every bit of damage tissue in Mighty Drake’s body with cybernetics. Now incased in a robotic suit of armor Mighty Drake was reborn and renamed Duck Borg although he’s part machine Duck Borg still maintains Mighty Drake’s personality consciousness, emotions and memories.

Even though Hardrive gave him a new body Duck Borg was still missing his pride and dignity, during one of P.R.O.T.E.C.H’s missions Duck Borg regained his lost pride and dignity when he faced and defeated Dark Klaw although it took him awhile too get use to his new body Duck Borg is still a valued member of P.R.O.T.E.C.H

Duck Borg the new alias for Mighty Drake is a homage to Disney's Gizmoduck in addtion paroding Panthro from Thundercats, Deadeye Duck from Bucky O Hare and Roadblock from G.I. Joe even though i got the idea for the origin of Duck Borg from Robocop
