Basically the brushes are very basic, with shape variance depending on pen pressure, with slight variances on blending/transparency. 
First one is solid brush, solid edges, very strongly changing depending on how hard you pressure on it.
Second one is very blending, mainly used for smudging& blending, or adding very faint layers of color on other layers.
Third one is a pretty good mixture of those two. c:
