Would you by any chance be referring to, with the space between the first and second toes on her right foot, grasping the back around the ankle area near her left foot (thus availing, however limited, a glimpse of a "top" view of her right foot)?  I've noticed this in quite a few photos, and I ask this in strictly an observational sense - how does she do it?
