undercoat = black crayola poster paint (looks almost brown) / painted with brush

top layer = black and white acrylic / painted using handle of brush to smear/roll

9 inches x 12 inches sheet of watercolor paper

This is an very powerful work! I love the movement, color, and how the layering adds so much depth. It hits the viewer hard in what at first seems like chaos, yet ordered beautifully. Breathtaking! What size and medium is this?

undercoat is crayola poster paint
top layers i used acrylic
9x12in.

you're always welcome Beth, it's a beautiful series but that one in particular really stood out for me!
