Description
Hugo as in Hurricane Hugo.

You know, I really like Daikenki/Samurott. (Daikenki=force of habit) I was gonna use a Carracosta (sweet name BTW) but I decided: "You know what? I like Daikenki. I've liked it since I saw it. Why not use it?".
And thus (plus a little bit of I-can't draw-this properly), Hugo was born.

Hugo's that cold aristocrat gentleman kind of a guy, and yet he's somehow taken on the grandfather role of my team. Even though he's about the same age as Clive and Rachel. He's smooth, reserved, and mateless (and a few of the lewder mated) female pokemon have their eye on him. He's polite and a wicked swordfighter who can be incredibly merciless. Unlike most Samurott, who are more Samurai like, he's more of a noble European swordsman. He's very stern and has the dignity of a king.

And you know what I have to blame for his personality? His facial hair.

Aside from the obvious goatee combo he's got, Hugo has a few other differences:
-His helmet's lance spikes are much less pointy. They're sharper and the lance can be used as a deadly skewer with a quick return.
-He has less armor. Two of three segments on the front, none on the back. That being said, he also has an extra claw on his hind feet.
-He's a bit less flimsily built than other Samurott.
-His helmet's shape is slightly tighter fitting.

So in other words, Hugo is a prim and proper badass.
