I don't see any "other artists" complaining! The artist put diclaimers for the pictures anyways!
It may be wrong but comments is not the place to tell the person that posted this. You should tell them privately by note instead of embarassing them in public like this. In case you have not noticed everyone here appreciates this.

Well, surely YOU won't see any problems with this as you have friends whom does images like this. I have no friends who does things like this, and I know a lot of artists on dA who dislikes these kinds of "artistic freedom". 

It's all about who you socialize with. 

Of course, I could say noting the deviant would be better as it's less open to the public, but I haven't. 

And one more thing, miss, disclaimers does not have a say. Please read the rules like a good person you are defending this person. It's there in the FAQ. "Crediting does not let you use whatever you want." and you would need proper permission. 

What is a proper permission? A written/vocal say that **** is allowed to use the copyrighted work of that company.

I think noting first would be more appropiate and if the deviant doesn't respond to that first warning, then you go public.

First of all the "copy and paste trick" was an error my phone had when I hit send, it was not on purpose.
And second, I'm not saying this is right, I'm just saying I think it should have first be done via msg. If the person does not respond to that, then you go public.

So it's okay for someone to post this "jackunzel" stuff publicly when it's copyrighted but it's not okay to tell someone publically what they're doing is wrong? How does that work?

Are you reffering to the person who's trying to tell the person who's posting stolen screen shots to stop, or the person who is posting the stolen screen shots...or me? Because either way what the persons doing by posting these stolen screen shots are wrong. Simple as that.

I wasn't the person telling them to stop I was defending for the person who was telling Jellybreaker that it wasn't right to steal copy right photos from another company. Don't you understand your friend is stealing? It doesn't matter to "adress them privately anymore" it's not your account, so I don't know why this is bothering you. You asked the guy who told her that she was stealing copy rights who else it was bothering people so I answered for you. Why didn't you adressed him privately instead of causing trouble on jellybreaker's deviation?
