My wings i made out of wire with binding wrapped around it and then 2 layers of fabric. I then cut out the shapes and used binding on the edges. For the designs i used red binding and sewed through the middle. The long blue strips i used wire with binding over the top with little gems glues on top. The edges were done with felt and fabric.
