I used a Breloom often as well though. That pokemon always helped me out with Norman. Effect Spore was very handy.

Oh myyy goooood, I hated Breloom and Shroomish so much when they were my enemies xD;;; Somehow they ALWAYS managed to paralyze me or put me into sleep or poison me... xD But yep, when you use them yourself... they're so great!

I think in Gen. 3 there was evn a chance of them inflicting frozen status too.... Maybe they still can! But probably not.

Yeah, I just remember a time in Emerald where I got Frozen by a Breloom. And they don't exactly have many naturally learned moves that can do that... So it must have been Effect Spore. Meybe there is different percentages of which status will happen.
