this is a character that has existed for quite some time, but i have never before posted a picture of her. her name is LOSAO, which is a shortened version of her full name, Lady of Smoke and Oil. she is a prominent businesswoman/witch that used to be human, but was cursed. she is now made of oil, secreting it, and continuously vents toxic smog. she almost always carries a briefcase that shares these properties.
