I've decided to draw sweetheart Hagumi Kitazawa from BanG Dream for her birthday while I wait for the exciting new Cookie Run update~

She's a very energetic and cheerful girl and I love her very much!

Hagumi and her relationship with Kokoro remind me very much of myself and a real-life best friend of mine, so naturally I gained a strong liking towards her. I saw this outfit of Hagumi's just yesterday and I thought it was among the cutest out of everything she's ever worn so I knew I wanted to draw her in it right away! It's a shame she is one of the most underrated characters in BanG Dream, but I can see why considering she is very similar to Kokoro. She seems to have risen in popularity a bit these days, though, as her character becomes more developed and we learn more about her life and that she, like all of us, is not happy and cheerful all the time. I think she is emotionally healthy and quite relatable.

I also like how "punny" this outfit is because her name "Hagumi" sounds like "hug me!"

I haven't played BanG Dream much lately but we're getting another new Eve event next week, and I never skip a moment in the game involving my best girl~

I also got a really good Aya card last time I played, so I bet I'll have that same luck if I do another gacha pull when I come back to playing upon the dawn of the new Eve beach event!
