Happy Father's Day, everyone! Here's a drawing that's special in which it's both perfect for Father's Day AND Pride Month. I thought I'd take this unique opportunity to draw Clyde McBride and his dads Howard and Harold! They're some of the coolest Loud House characters out there for many reasons.

Let's face it, Howard and Harold are GROUNDBREAKING. They're a very positive representation of gay men, not displaying any stereotypical behaviors or looks and are capable, sweet, and overall good parents to their son Clyde. They're also the first-ever married gay couple to appear in a Nicktoon as well as the first-ever bi-racial gay couple to appear in a kids' show - they're trailblazers!

I really don't know whether I like Howard or Harold better! They're both very well-written and well-designed. (I have to admit, I'm a big sucker for their big noses on their show designs. Very boopable.) They were hard to draw in my style, though I tried my hardest to make them look at-home ;w; I took some slight inspiration from Pop'n Music's Emilio when drawing Howard as they both have big noses and somewhat-similar hairstyles.

I'm also pretty proud of how I drew Clyde this time around! He is not very fun or easy to draw for me, though I think my current style suits him well. I made some minor tweaks to my style while drawing Clyde this time, such as on his nose. This Clyde is definitely a significant improvement from the first time I drew him back in July of last year
