This right here is Pilty, an underrated and obscure Pop’n Music character with only one game appearance: Pop’n Music CS 12. Her Tokyo Girl song is super good and she has a lovely design with a modern twist on traditional Japanese looks.
So, I’ve decided to draw Pilty as my tribute to her. She’s so charismatic and peppy, and proud of the city she calls home - none other than Tokyo.
