I wanted to update the design of Dragle.. What do you think?
This bird is one of my oldest characters because I already had him before I started planning Sunbutterfly, which was probably around year 2004.. I can't say that I remember what kind of role did he play in those old stories that never got written... Anyway, I have some drawings of him from back then (they are horrible of course).. And in Sunbutterfly, Dragle became Jack's companion. Jack rides him on their adventures every now and then, and they both really care about each other. But, Dragle is not a pet. He comes to Jack when he calls but other than that Dragle flies around freely hunting and doing what big birds do...

This picture was supposed to have Jack sitting on those rocks at the front and Pireoddles teasing Dragle (that's why he has that annoyed expression), but I got too lazy to draw them.. I'll update this picture if I ever feel like adding them..
Normally Dragle is really gentle, you could even say he is a covard..! xD

In my opinion he used to look a lot like some dragon-tailed chocobo, though that's not his original design.. This current design is actually a lot like his first one, when he was bright orange and had reddish brown markings.. I have alvays liked him that way better, I guess the only reason I changed him back then was that it would be easier to draw him in the comics like that... Well, now he is back! ^^
