I think Yu is a very interesting Love Live character in the fact that instead of being a school idol, she's more keen on supporting her school idol classmates. Also think it's cool that she wants to compose music and write songs.

I don't know if Nijigasaki High School Idol Club will be getting an English Dub anytime soon or at all but as someone who wants to get into voice acting, Yu is definitely a character I'd love to provide an English voice for.
