This is my nana's cat, Simba. He is considered a Blonde Maine Coon Cat... he was raised by someone who was a breeder of Maine Coon cats, but has a genetic defect where his fur doesn't have the pigments that a true Maine Coon Cat has. Hence, why he is a blonde color.Related content

what a beautiful cat! I love coon cats. :-D my aunt has one, and it's a pity she lives so far away from me. you must be very lucky to know such a handsome kitty. It's a great picture, too by the way. I love the way the light makes the fur seem almost white on the edges.

Thank you for the comment. His name was Simba and was my nana's cat. He had to be put to sleep though because of an intestinal problem and severe hairball issues.. he was taken to the vet 3 times in one week and they couldn't do anything for him.
He's actually a blonde Maine Coon because most are darker. He's not a true albino though because he does not have pink eyes and his fur isn't white.
