Hmm first I will tell you this picture totally made my day!! 
I will do a compliment snadwich (I dont know if you are a family guy fan...haha...)
The moment is picture perfect, the expression of the horse couldn't be better, and being someone who takes pictures of horses, I know that isn't easy.
There isn't a whole lot of contrast... but that is a picky thing... I myself like a lot of contrast in a photo, but that's sort of an opinion. Maybe you could screw around with it in photoshop!
The picture is perfectly clear! Exact detail and texture is also hard to achieve with horses. They are so unpredictable, you did an amazing job!!
