The reason you can translate it better is because it is not the original, it is a photocopy. And the older photocopy machines tended to be high contrast and brought out all the details as is evident in this picture. The original looked much more photorealistic and refined. Thank you.

Nope, never finished it. I left it like that. And since she actually has the original now, I wouldn't be able to work on it if I wanted. She seemed to be impressed with it when I gave it to her though.
