Thanks.. I'm much the same as I was when I wrote my journal. Pretty flat, fed up, tired, don't want to wake up from sleep, and totally unmotivated! Some would say this is depression and perhaps it is, but its also a definite relapse into how I usually am with M.E. The remission was very short lived after all, and I have concluded that I had a huge and sudden dose of sensory overload last Friday night when playing my flute. It came out of nowhere, and much as I wish it to go back to nowhere, it just doesn't!
Thanks for asking though. Hopefully things will change again...
