Tropy sketches for funzies. I like drawing Tropy doing martial arts. And without armor. ....and shirtless. (because I'm shameless and I don't care)I always loved how Tropy did martial arts in some of the Crash Bandicoot games. I feel like if Tropy really wanted to he could beat the crap out of Crash, but for some reason tries to science his way thru fights. (like that ever works)
This is mostly just drawing practice using the Clip Studio Paint program. I'm trying to get used to the pencils options and the best way to learn in art is thru experience so I just clicked the pencil icon and had at it.
For added challenge I only allowed myself two layers, one for drawing and one for coloring, no references and no other options aside from the pencils themselves.
My attempt last year at drawing/coloring a bare chested Tropy:
I like to think that I improved in one year.

Β In all honesty, though, these are some great drawings for using only two layers in total. I can clearly see that the effort in your anatomy studies has payed off quite a bit, especially in comparison to that N. Tropy drawing from last year. Keep it up!

Whichever N. Teamer is my favorite depends on my mood at the time. I love them each for own unique quirks. Tropy has the better physique but I like Cortex's personality more. It's so hard to pick!

Thanks. Tropy's armor makes him look bulky but once you take him out of it he's such a skinny guy. (his unlock code in CTR is "slender")

Tropy has been compared to Samurai Jack, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and now a Smurf. I like how wide the variety of comparisons get. XD
