Here's my interpretation:
N. Tropy: Give me back my Pepsi you thief!
Cortex: This is Coke you nitwit! And it's MINE!!!
N. Brio: Must... Mix... These two... Chemicals!
N. Gin: Awww, they drank the last Pepsi! Now what's gonna keep me going through the day?

My interpretation of this is, from the looks of things, Dr.Cortex is drinking the last Red Bull and N.Tropy isn't too happy about it. And, he's going to let him know it. N.Brio is probably used to them bickering at each other, and is able to drown it out as he does his experiment. N.Gin is trying to decide which to have: Wumpa Whip, Grape Juice, or the mysterious liquid in the orange container. Cool drawing!
