*picks up by the elbows* Don't bow. I don't like people doing that for me.

All you need to do is to keep your strokes firm and fine. Avoid adding to much pressure on your pen/pencil. I usually go with circles for heads first and then roughly sketch out the face. When you shade, remember the lights and shadows and the areas where the colors (i.e. black, red, blue, dark green clothes) are dark.

Practice, love. I put a lot of attention to strokes and such, and I'm quite the perfectionist when it comes to the head, neck, and the hands. So yeah. Practice is a really big factor. I'm sure you'll be able to do a better job.
