Got agree, what first made me click this photo was a squee of "GRACKLE!" It helps that it's just a very grackle-like pose. Looks like a guy trying to er...sing. (People who know what grackles sound like will know why I hesitated there.)

Yeah it is. When I submitted this shot, 2 years ago, I didn't know the difference. Once I learned I just never went back and changed it. And yeah they are loud and obnoxious. We have a bunch outside my house all the time. Between them and the blue jays, they drive me nuts. Thanks for the comment!

Thank you. I'm pretty sure it's a Brewer's Blackbird. After I got home I googled it and that seems to be the closest match I could find.
