Description
A new species I made, called Chirpies. I want to make a group out of this, maybe an adopt group account this time? easier to make it fancy, and more cheap. I abandoned the tropical idea since it's a little too hard to draw simple chars out of, so this is the result. Group name could be Chirpicalis maybe?They are cats that can change into birds. Each species belongs to an island, each with a different terrain where the species are based on a certain bird from that area. I could make aquatic species too. These will be kept easy to draw, both the bird form and the feline form.
I don't know what species this could be cause I didn't base this on any bird lol. Maybe I could make this the overall bird species haha, if I can't find a bird similar to this. Comment if you know a bird based like that? or I could use this as a mascot, not sure though cause i wanted it to be based on a quetzal.
This is not a free lineart and this species is CLOSED. Anyone found using without permission will face serious consequences.

Yeah the feathers looked like the ones I had on a book about a Phoenix when I was little. This girl keeps telling me I can't copyright flow my mascot. Well the thing is I can because I can't go steal your mascot jello you made her and it would be stealing lol. Jeez I don't know how we got onto the topic but she's doing my head in

Lol I honestly don't give a shit what you do. You can't copyright a design no matter how "original" it may seem, and my characters aren't original in the slightest. I know it can be upsetting, and honestly, I understand if you get a bit mad if somebody "steals" your design. the problem is, dA does nothing about it. At all. Even if the designs are 100% identical, and you report it, dA will probably give you the same exact reasoning I just did.
They just don't care. And by the looks of things, they're getting really lazy with art theft as well. Which is pretty sad.
If somebody makes a character similar to yours and they don't even know you, there's no reason to get mad at them over it. At all. Zilch. Zip. Zero reason to get mad at them. Because they don't even know you exist, and they created the character from their mind.
