This is absolutely gorgeous. The texture in those waves and in the blue smoke, and the detail on the boat itself... is really stunning. If you just look at the preview, it could almost pass for a photo. I'd be really interested to hear what sort of medium you did this in. Paint, pastel, wax? Or a mix?
