hmm.. you obviously know your anatomy 
Firstly it's my personal opinion that I don't think pencil crayons are quite the right media for you, the contrast simply isn't deep enough for true photo realism and there's simply a lack of colour usage. If you really analyse a face or skintone, it's not actually skintone colour, but many many colours depending on the environment and lighting. You appear to have jumped straight from skintone crayons to black crayons, what about all the colours inbetween, the midtones and the like.
Also really analyse the detail of the face and features, for example the lips, you've got the shape down to pat, but what about the texture, lips are textured (you only need look at your own in the mirror to see this) so you should add that texture to your drawing, same with eyes and eyelashes and eyebrows and hair.
I think you've got a good solid foundation, because the anatomy is spot on, just your shading to work on. Perhaps try a different material, paints for example, and spend a lot of time really concentrating on the shadows and form.

i'll take you advise in mind about the texture and use of colors
and perhaps i'll try the paints, i don't use them often because i think painting is a little scary 
i know now i have to concentrate on shading, have you perhaps any futher tips for me how to practise with shading? ( sorry to bother you )

paint is only scary if you think it is so. For example if you screw up with acrylic, you just let it dry and paint over it! Simple!
All the best art comes when you're feeling slightly on edge.
Tips for shading.. hmm
don't paint from photos, the colour isn't true.
exaggerate colour. This is a painting/drawing not a photo, you have control. If it looks better as a photo, then it should be a photo. Painting/drawing has qualities that photography doesn't that's what you should be drawing on, not just making it as close to a photo as person.
In day to day life, when you're on the train/bus/walking down the street. Look at people, and pick out the colours in their skin, where the shadows sit etc. I mean I only need look down at my hands now and tell you that the shadows are a deep red/purpely blue colour, and my skin looks quite yellow under the artificial light.
Paint and draw a lot. Don't worry so much about finished pictures, but do little sketch studies and keep them in a sketbook. Like just draw the lips, or just draw 20 lips! or hands or necks or whatever. Not all drawings have to be shown to people or be finished pictures, we learn more as artist by doing it 20 times so that one pic is amazing, than killing ourself over every picture. If it's screwed up in sketch form who cares, learn from that mistake and do it again.
Art is only scary and hard if you're afraid to fail.
Failing is part of art, you will fail, sometimes you're work will be shit. But if you always work in a box afraid to fail, you'll just be another mediocre artist. Don't let yourself be mediocre! Just try it! After all, it's just a bit of paper!

p.s. voor het mooie had de schadum op zijn nek iets lichter gekunt, nu is het niet veel kleurverschil met het haar van de ander
maar echt heeeeeeeeeeeel goed ik zou het nooit kunnen!
