Nice pose, good expression, vibrant colors, shading is awesome.
her outfit from the episode Dressed for Success is 20% cooler and has her own style of that "royal guard" look Rainbow Dash style. We even get to see that RD loves to wear socks and that she even uses winged boots. The only thing I can see about this fabulous artwork that isn't perfect is the thickness of the feathers on the wings they are a bit too fat near the base and connect to the inner feathers at the lines between.
all in all I give this artwork 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I don't know how to call it. I make outlines in SAI, and there it calls lineart. Then, I colour it in Photoshop.
