Because she's cosplaying Rin. So I thought this (it's Rin BTW) would be fitting. I had slight reference. It's Tokyo Teddy Bear based.

Those curly squiggles from the 'char' were meant to be stuff that trap her down, which to me symbolizes that really, you're the only one who can get yourself down.

Also why I drew such a depressing pic - because (cheese alert) I never want this to happen to you. SO STAY HAPPY!
