The Black widow was a villain in the 60s Batman TV series with Adam West as the Caped Crusader.

I like the long scarf thing (I forgot the name of it) and the looks on the old gents face. Plus her Hanover outfit and her party's over expression (but not for long..).
You draw this on a tablet or paper..and colored digitally..(need to look into this stuff).
