Raffle Prize for MangaFeline of their character Scathanna.
I focused a lot of the curves of this piece and it also made me realise that i didn't have many extreme horizontal images XD mainly A4 type sizes either landscape or portrait. I really like the look overlaying the image at a set colour on to itself. it comes up with some interesting tones.
I really like how the shading came out despite it taking forever. I also tried weighted lineart for the first time. I did cheat though since i made another clipping masked layer and did it that was XD So uncertain with my ability haha
I've also discovered my distaste to drawing paws... not so much distaste but rather i suck at drawing them XD they're ok in this piece but i stuggle with different angles and such so i need to practice that.

haha! omg! XD it's the Sai man! I've kinda known and wanted to shade like this for a while and it was something that photoshop couldn't do. But i hated sai so.. now me and Sai have made up the magic can happen haha

thank you ^^ there's a funny sotry about the eyes, originally i drew pupils assuje the ref was just a style choice which is why there wasn't pupils. but luckily the artists who won was in the stream with me and said there weren't any. and i always have stuff layered so i turned off the layer with the pupils on and *ding* But what was funny is i actually like how the eyes came out despite the lack of pupils. I normally dont like pupiless charactrer as it makes my eye style look odd. But i liked these better XD haha
