You must have a subscription in order to use this skin, and yes, you can use it and even edit it without asking permission.

This CSS is free for you to use on DA, but you must have a subscription. All images in this journal template are copyrighted to me, they are not a free resource, other than the use of this CSS.

Hope it is not a problem I changed the images on it for my journal. Gave credit for the code though and posted a link to it. If it is a problem I will remove it ASAP.

That is just fine! I think the picture works well with it, and I'm glad it worked with the coding. I swear... I spend more time trying to get the damned coding to work than anything else! X(
