I haven't done a portrait style drawing in awhile so this was good practics
Inspired by the Victorian Era so I decided to name her Victoria... XDDD
I wanted to make this piece a bit fantasy-ish also I'm going through an elf ears phase, so please don't mind that lol

Wow. I love the... um... whatever the name is for the things on her hand. xD I always love accessories, no idea why, but you handled it very well! And she definitely looks very regal and amazing. Wonderful work as always!

Oh well, I'm no pro by any means, so I don't think I can give you the best advice tbh
Her face looks really great (loving the eyes), also the hair are done very well. The shading is a bit too soft for my taste tho, but nothing terrible
My major problem is onle the neck with the shoulders. It might just be a one time mistake, but it's really bugging me.
The neck is too long and thin, shoulders are hanging too low and as a result the collarbone is also sitting low as well.
The hand looks ok, but stiff and a bit unnatural.
I think the ring + middle finger need to sit a bit higher. Also it looks weirdly attached to the arm.

to be honest this was great advice, while drawing this I didn;t really see an issue with her neck/ shoulder. Most likely because I spend so much time looking at it that I no longer see the issue but thanks to you I see it now plus your explanation as to why it looks off really does help.
