i like this way much, all your other art thingy painting drawings are great to. i like the way you chose to position the characters, its clever and they have a relationship to eachother. the lines are very confident to.

Thank you for your words. At least they had a relationship with eachother...hihihihi. It's kinda pretending to be me and my ex-spaniard.

what exactly does the artwork mean to you, any specific emotions or feelings?
π: 0 β©: 1
JepaJee In reply to DanielDesigns [2007-04-24 13:50:36 +0000 UTC]
It's a way to express my emotions and thougths of course. Sometimes I just start to draw and then it develops from there. Some people write and some sing and we draw. Don't you agree. May sound like a clishΓ© but it happens to be true.

I really like this style, that pink is amazing. The 'people' you draw are always intriguing.

i don't think I've seen anybody who can draw a good guy, until now. Love the flow of the lines

JepaJee In reply to imxanxillusion [2007-04-23 08:44:29 +0000 UTC]
...errrr, how do you know he's a good guy? I think he's been quite the opposite...
Yes, I got it, thank you. Ha! Maybe I should start drawing cute boys from now on. I just need to learn more abot the way boys act and carry themselves. And their anatomy. Do you have any guineapigs in mind you could send over for some testing?

Hahahhaha! Deal and done! Maybe one at the time though, or what do you think? Oh, the suffering that follows, mmmmm. Especially if they all look like my boy there above.

Good, thanks. I was rather pleased with the line work with these two, enough thickness and flow to them, I think. All thanks to my great 3b pencil.

sceptical is bad?
π: 0 β©: 1
JepaJee In reply to sleepyfeet [2007-04-23 09:22:55 +0000 UTC]
I've always somehow thought so. It reflects the lack of trust and it's the gateway for pessimism. Thus I don't like being sceptical though I always am. But yes, you're right, someimtes it's a good thing. Saves you from being an idiot.

:^) i was thinking of the latter of what you said. but you're right that it's also bad.. one should have a healthy, not too heavy, dose of scepticism..
