Description
Just a test render to see how the dForce curly hair works. It is a first try, maybe next time I can get it to look better, I'm not satisfied. Looks like he couldn't find a hair brush.

I think the way the curls turned out are nice! They give him a wild, untamed look.

I have to re-do it anyway, the hairline is too high IMO (and no morphs in the hair that correct that of course) and I have to try out other options to fit the hair to G8M, maybe even parenting only with a smoothing modifier. Hopefully it wil drape a bit better then.

hehe I definitely understand you. Currently 3D CGI is more a storytelling vessel for me than a portal into the impossible, but I am soon going to further exploit its possibilities, hopefully. That said, even your more 'beyond reality' works are still comfortably in the region of artistic embellishment, and thus pleasing to the eye.

Thank you for your kind words, E - and right now I'm in the same boat actually, my latest image story which is not finished yet has 63 full page images and it's fun not to stick to reality in every aspect, cause it's 3D.
