I like the way that the colors contrast nicely, not overriding one another. Her bright colored eyes also give a lively glow to the feminine character. I also think the way her hair gently billows out is nice too.
I haven't seen any artwork like this considering this theme. I think the way you created this character's pose is interesting. You gave her an innocent look while still carrying that majestic and mystical pose. The fact that she's nude is an interesting piece too. Most of the mystical creatures (fairies, nymphs, other elves, etc) are wearing some sort of flowery or angelic-like clothing. The fact that she's wearing nothing (the darker bits of fabric hint clothing) is a bit of a surprise, but it's original and I like that.
The way that this spring elf looks realistic is beautiful. You've captured the lighting perfectly and the definition of different aspects of the image was amazing. The background was done beautifully as well. The background isn't too complex but a bit more simple and that just sets scene by giving it an appearance of a haven that holds serenity to it.
When I saw this, it made me feel a sense of relaxation too, but that was about it when it comes to impact. Other than that, everything about it is amazing! Everything looks proportionate and nothing looks out of place.
