oh wow a post! These things are rare now days aint they : >

so if you have followed me or dug through my image pool a bit you'll find a Design *Cough recolor COUGH* titled Nightingale Messerchmitt (I couldn't spell 4 years ago : D) I brought her back for a WIP commision that a friend is doing and thought why not try to redesign her. so now she can be considered an OC based on a character within the show. She's basically my take on where the Shadowbolt leader came from in the first episode of the G4 MLP. (Technically 2nd but it was a 2 part episode so bite me) She is from "1000 years ago" during a war between Equestria and the remnants of the Crystal Empire (remnants because Sombra was a douchebag) She was one of the leaders of the Crystal Empire's Air Forces and was also the engineer of 3 aircraft, 2 of which were were mainly used by the fighter squadron she personally led and flew as the leader.

The planes used are: C.202, Me 109, and Me 262

The 109 and the 262 were both designed and built by Messerschmitt herself and were constructed in a small factory where they were made to replace any critically damaged aircraft or to build a new upgraded variant. there was also a mass produced Messerschmitt aircraft used by ground attack squadrons known as the Me 110 and she was also the designer of the Me 410 which was a replacement for the 110. There were other aircraft she designed however they never went past initial trials.

She was extremely smart and was a great strategist not only in the whole of the Air Force but even during individual engagements.

She is the Great Great Grandmother of Moondust Messerschmitt but often appears to Moondust, because of one of Luna's magical abilities, in order to give advice or teach her things about her family history.

This is kind of a backstory that I've kinda developed for this character. obviously this doesn't really fit in the regular MLP universe but this could possibly be reworked for the actual MLP universe but ehhhhhh this is long enough anyways...
