Lately I have been looking at the portraits used in the King of Fighters series... they are all done so nicely... I just had to try it out :3So umm... it's 3A.M. and nothing is on TV, pixelart may be fun. Kos-Mos, of course, since I couldn't think of any other character to do.
I will probably re-do this, or just try another character... maybe get the whole XenoSaga cast there :3 That would be nice.
I have to find another program to do dithering in.... pixel by pixel in Paint like this is too tedious =_=
