Awesome story! It's really coming together nicely. Admittedly, I was surprised that Derpy could break the sound barrier as well, but I guess it would be weird if Dash was the only one who could. That being said, I always thought if anyone besides Dash could break the sound barrier, it would be a Wonderbolt, not Derpy. Sometimes I think people give Derpy more abilities in their stories than she reasonably could have partially because they like Derpy so much. (This is also why she tends to show up in so many comics, I think) Of course, I can totally understand why they do this. Derpy is my favorite klutzy, yellow-maned Pegasus. The part where Derpy made a splint for herself both impressed me (because she had both the presence of mind and ability to make one), and made me flinch because I hate seeing Derpy in pain. Poor Derpy.Β

I'm sorry to hurt her like this, but I think pain, sacrifice, love, and friendship, are the best Γ©lΓ©ment for making Γ great character, and I want all of this for my Derpy, she will suffering, but I hope she will growing in the reader's heart. I think I get it and I'm sure you don't like hurting poor Derpy. A lot of characters in literature
like Jean ValJean from Les Miserables grow through suffering. It's certainly a perfectly valid method of character growth.Β Keep up the great work.
Also, I have no idea why some of this message is in bold script. I tried a bunch of different ways to fix it but none of them worked. Sometimes I think this website hates me. Not the people on the website, I mean the website itself somehowΒ is conciously trying to make my life difficult.Β
