Finished my drawing of Lily Cole. She has one of the real elite faces on earth, it is really original and totally unique. I am pretty pleased with how it turned out, the hair I like the color combination.Here is the WIP of this piece [link]
Made with colored pencils.
I will try to get a better photo of this soon.

I am not used to seeing freckles in colored pencil drawings, but I feel they are so faaaantastically integrated into the face that they are not distracting at all. I really like that. =3

Thanks, just used a light brown and went over it with my light peach color, I should have really put more in to be honest.

really excellent drawing, i feel as though the hair is kind of overwhelming though.

You got a good point, I updated the photo today, but yeah I am usually suspect with hair. I did want a bright standout orange look to it, only negative is that it blends together too much and one cannot see the highlights.
