Actually it was Diane Perishing who did all of Ivy's voice overs in the Batman series, even after the later ones. The only reason why it sounded differently is because her caracter became more light.

Ivy is my favorite Batman villian. Was that Katie Segal (Leela) that did her voice near the end of the batman animated series (When they made her skin a pale green and her suit black) ??
