I spent about an hour using Caliborn's sprite for a base and modifying it to match the official homosuck trolls [Which oddly have a fair few changes to even the basic outline] by using both Karkat And Tavros from the actual panels, or more accurately, krabkrab and bull horn wimp
Enjoy, not planning to make a skirt version so feel free to modify as needed

If you want fins- just sketchy draw them with the pencil tool because they are not repetitive
