Where do I start?! The effects on the eys are just beautiful, they really add the innocent look to her. The hair flows gracefully, which really goes with Fluttershy's character. The lineart is simply spectactular, with flowing ink and smoothness. The dress is well portrayed on the character, and you somehow managed to make it look better than the real powerpuff girls and MLP:FiM. It is a very marvolous piece of artwork, and it CAN NOT be manipulated. I love how you made the posture very dignified and it really shows her personality. However, the backround is a bit fuzzy and not as extravagant as let's say, Rainbow Dash's picture. But the gradient shows how soft she is, and I simply, love this piece of work. WELL DONE!
