Description
Final Fantasy8…This is supposed to be my Fan-artwork for Valentines day… unfortunately I didn’t make it on time
… Directly painted onto PhotoshopCS using a Pentablet… i'm still working on it...I much appreciate if you give comments and critics… pls. let me know if there is something wrong with it

The texture on Rinoa's blue vest thingy looks flat. It could use a bit of distortion so that it'll look like it's actually hugging the curves on her body. You could do this using the Liquify filter in photoshop though I think it's gonna be quite tricky
But otherwise, it looks good

I think their faces came out really well. The background looks like you used a filter, not that your BG looks bad but something about is distracting. Maybe it's just how I'm imagining verticle lines from the dot patterns.

My version of Squall looks like pinoy O_o’?... well I guess, I mistakenly mixed a little bit with my own character that I created way back 1998 =>>[link] ‘coz they have some similarity in looks

i guess it's unusual to see squall smile 
in all character designs i've seen he doesn't smile.
the only part i saw him smile was on the ending when rinoa invited him for a dance.
he also have this dreamy/distant looking eyes, it would be nice if you can use those.
the hair on his back is doesn't swing up. [link]
and if i still remember correct, rinoa should have 2 rings on her necklace.

Yeah, you're right na dalawa yung ring na ipinakita doon sa Scenematics, part ng scene (outerspace) kung saan nawala si rinoa at sinagip sila ng ragnarok ship... but isa lang talaga ang ring ni rinoa sa kwintas, pag-aari ni squall yung isa (Graver ring- squall's personal guardian)... ipinatago lang ito ni Squall kay Rinoa pansamantala for safe keeping
well, I guess... I'll leave it that way for a while
