Description A few months back in little old Auckland i woke up to the fog and sun peering through the window at me, so headed into one of my favourite spots on top of Mount Eden near Auckland central. Rangitoto was poking its head out of the thick fog so i took a quick shot and then i had this (: not sure if many people will be keen on it but it was something diffrent i wanted to try like many of my more recent photographs.

Beautiful capture! Such a serene view.. it has everything! Hills, a tree, a village, water and a mountain (at least that's what it looks like ).. Great capture, really

This is so surreal.. Wonderful shot.. I don't even know where to start with compliments: the color, atmosphere, the rays, the mountain that looks like floating...

Heeey Leilani! Im so glad you enjoyed the photo! it was something different for me trying to capture all those elements, each of which i have tried and tried for months to be able to get in a perspective which im happy with! i was slightly unsure about the photo at first but it looks to me like a few people like it so it may stay (:

What a beautiful picture. The view of the city below seems rather ghostly, and whole scene has an unearthly feel about it. Great photography

Heey Buddy (: thanks heaps! that morning had a feeling i doubt i will get the opportunity to experience for a many years to come, just a mixed combination for the city being layered in fog all around the base of the mountain and the peering at me in all its warmth it was quiet an awesome place to be at 7am, the photo may be 1000 words but that morning was worth more than that (: thanks for the comment!
