This flubb was another sad one for me since the client actually wanted the Jim Balent costume (which I hate). At first the instructions were unclear so I went with the costume I like the most (thank you, Mr. Cook).So whats the lesson? Interview your clients until you have all the info you need to do the job right. If you're not sure, don't start until you are.

Yup, always make sure. I have a habit when they ask for a specific costume, even if I know what they are talking about, I send them a link to an image on Google to verify. Cements it on both ends.
