Why this image and not a classic image of 2 lovers?
I wanted to create a particular image, so I asked myself, why do we celebrate Valentine's Day, who was he, a historical figure who existed, who did something for which he is remembered these days, or is it all linked to a particular event . So I found the story of Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day, or Valentine's Day, is celebrated throughout the world on the day of the saint's death.
There are many stories linked to the life of Saint Valentine that have contributed to uniting his name with that of the lovers. One of these stories tells of the heartbreaking love story between a pagan Roman centurion named Sabino and a beautiful, very sick Christian girl named Serapia.

And it is precisely this last one that fascinated me, which is why I wanted to create this work.
Here, however, I only wanted to represent their sublime love in an eternal kiss.
