Description
Barn owl hunting in the last light of a setting August sun. She is searching for mice in a slow and hovering flight just above a fading flower meadow. Normally Dutch Barn owls only start hunting after sunset, but with a lot of hungry mouths to feed or after days with bad weather they will fly out before.
